GTM Blueprint

A written plan with ranked experiment options, recommended channels, target volumes, and success criteria. Delivered with a Loom walkthrough.

Alignment Call

We review the Blueprint together, align on which experiments to run, and confirm success metrics before the sprint begins.

Timeline

Typically 2-3 weeks, untimed. We move at your pace. The 90-day sprint timer does not start until we complete this milestone.

Milestone 2

Casting Off

Once we have mutual buy-in around what hypotheses we're testing and how we'll measure success, we begin our done-for-you service.

Weekly Updates

Email updates every Monday: what we did last week, what we plan to do this week, and any bottlenecks we need help with.

Monthly Calls

Calls scheduled every 30 days from the start of milestone two.

Async Communication

Outside of scheduled calls and weekly emails, we use Loom videos or notes for immediate needs and match your communication style.

90-Day Review

Performance review to decide whether to start new tactics or scale up current hypotheses.

Renewal

If you want to renew, we start work immediately. If you want to cancel, we provide all documentation to set you up for your next voyage. Either way, this definitive end point is built in by design.
